Hi, I am a person centered learning designer with more than fifteen (15) years of experience in synchronous and asynchronous instructional design. With the unique ability to make the complicated simple for my students, I have a proven track record in designing and facilitating courses in the sciences (biology, chemistry, and physics) that yield exceptional student performance in the classroom and on exams. Mentoring experienced staff and student teachers (train the trainer) to refine their skills is my passion. During the pandemic I upskilled, expanding my areas of expertise and leveraging my knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google classroom/workspace and Storyline 360 to remotely lead and support my team. Known by my peers as a subject matter expert in the sciences and regarded as a community leader, I nurture positive relationships with a variety of key stakeholders by consistently communicating with empathy and compassion.
